    Technical Due Diligence

Independent technical review of solar, hydropower and wind assets in Georgia, for buyers and lenders

We run and coordinate technical due diligence so investors know what they are buying: how much the plant will really produce, what condition it is in, and what it will cost to keep it running. We built and own a 2.5 MW solar plant in Tbilisi, so our reviews come from hands-on experience of Georgian projects.

    Resource and Yield

Solar: irradiation data, shading and soiling losses, and an independent P50/P90 yield estimate. Hydro: multi-decade flow data and climate sensitivity. Wind: on-site measurements and wake losses.

    Plant Condition

Modules, inverters, mounting structures and cabling for solar; dams, turbines and generators for hydro. We check warranties, defects and the maintenance backlog, and coordinate the independent engineer.

    Performance and Grid

Actual output against the design case, availability and performance ratio, curtailment history, and the terms and capacity of the grid connection.
